CONCESSION STORE MANAGER

Who You Are:
Our Concession Managers at Michael Kors are fashion forward driven, multi-tasking individuals who know how to keep their team focused and inspired in a fast paced environment. You are a reliable, empowering, supportive leader and an effective communicator. As an innovative business owner, you lead the team by encouraging curiosity, transparency and honesty while delivering an elevated customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross functional partners.
- Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
- Oversee effective day to day business and operations processes
- Manage, inspire and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development
- Build and foster client book development by connecting communities through innovative and adaptive thinking, and delivering meaningful experiences
- Drive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology

You’ll Need to have:

- Experience in Managing a store and a team at a specialty retailer
- Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPIs
- Ability to problem solve, flexible, out of the box thinker
- English
