**Internship Context**:
Each country has its own sales methods, but our factory operates uniformly. To bridge this gap, we aim to create a clear, standardized guide that ensures all departments follow the same procedures. This will improve coordination, reduce confusion, and empower the product department to lead these projects more effectively.

**Project Objective**:

- **Standardization of Processes**: Create a detailed follow-up processes for tenders and special orders and develop a framework for standardizing these processes across all countries.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Ensure all relevant departments are engaged and aligned with the new standardized processes.
- **Action Plan Development**: Develop a comprehensive plan to address and streamline
- **Enhanced Communication**: Improve communication channels between departments to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with the standardized processes.
