**Internship Context**:
This short-term internship (1-2 months) is ideal for a student interested in IT systems, digital transformation, and telecare technologies. The project focuses on the evolution of our alarm reception platform and the migration to a new monitoring tool. The intern will gain hands-on experience in preparing the environment for the new system, learning how to use it, and understanding the broader impact of platform evolution on telecare services.

**Project Objective**:

- Support the migration process of our monitoring tool
- Prepare the technical environment for the new system
- Learn and document how the new tool operates
- Understand the evolution of our alarm reception platform
- Explore how terminal changes support innovation in telecare

**Key Deliverables**:

- Technical environment prepared for the new monitoring tool
- Documentation of the tool’s functionalities and usage
- Overview of the platform’s evolution and its impact on service delivery
- Insights into how Legrand Care Spain adapts to technological change
