**What we’re looking for**:
**An experienced Project Delivery Manager** to manage our projects within large mobile operators in Europe. The Project Delivery Manager will work close to Professional Services, Delivery Managers and Account Managers from different global locations. This position is based in Madrid, Spain (working in a hybrid model).

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead teams with participation from different functions within the organization and where appropriate, external sub-contractors.
- Work cross-functionally and establish positive relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within R&D.
- Manage project/s scope, schedule, and content.
- Manage risks and mitigation plan.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Measure and analyze project metrics in order to foster continuous improvement culture.
- Present plan, status, etc. to all relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**What you should have**:

- ** 3+ years** of proven experience in **project management** in **software project delivery** with a clear focus on** metrics** and continuous improvement.
- ** Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies**.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives of projects.
- Advanced skills in Atlassian tools (Jira, confluence)
- BSC (or higher) degree
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English on any level of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills and a people’s person
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

**An advantage**:

- Proven project management experience gained in a telecommunication, security environment
- Agile Practitioner Certification (SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)
- Knowledge in microservices technologies
- Experience of IT Security
- Experience of EasyBI
