**For this position**:
As a PreSales Engineer, you will be involved in the key business opportunities from the initial contact phases, understanding customer needs and working out the best solution possible with OPINATOR and its partners.
Sporadic international travelling, mainly to the US but also to Latin America and Europe, in order to meet customers and team members may be required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand and closely analyze prospects’ requirements, provide best technical and business solutions and uncover details of business and technical issues of each prospect.
- Tailor specific presentations that precisely meet the needs of prospects.
- Attend, perform and support Customer Presentations. Deal with business and technical details in the most efficient manner and demonstrate how OPINATOR can best address prospects’ business challenges. It will be done in a manner that highlights an easy method to solve those challenges using the features available within OPINATOR.
- Marketing assistance by sharing feedback that can be used to tailor product roadmap items. Also, involvement in the technical detail for use in marketing collateral.
- Proposal assistance - Help and support sales activities undertaken by Key Account Managers by getting involved in the business analysis and technical component of a sales proposal.
**Requirements**:
**Competencies**:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field preferred.
- Experience in Presales, Solutions Specialist, Technical Consultancy or similar roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Stay up-to-date with latest technologies relevant to the industry.
