How can you contribute?_**

We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Field Service Technician to join a local IT Service Desk Team and support a strategic network project in various sites throughout both Spain and Portugal.

As an **IT Field Service Technician **at Eurofins, you will:

- Identify and manage Severity 1 tickets end-to-end, as well as alerts on major/recurring incidents;
- Manage L1 and L2 tickets by solving locally or transferring to dedicated queues;
- Manage IT and Application requests opened by sites;
- Ensure the support of site openings and major works;
- Maintain follow-up/recurring audit of main equipment and communicate alerts;
- Capture site-specific requests and initiate necessary actions to get validation of the central IT;
- Execute and contribute to scheduled maintenance operations, in coordination with the IT manager or correspondent;
- Ensure productivity gain by decreasing tickets/requests volumes, leading to a good level of user satisfaction;
- Provide improvement to Support processes to reduce resolution lead-times;
- Execute, participate and report on IT & Application project rollout;
- Provide, install and/or deliver hardware and software;
- Provide user/site local assistance to the deployment;
- Ensure post-deployment support and reporting;

Are you our kind of extraordinary?_**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
- The below technical knowledge is **highly desirable**, but not required:

- Network & Telecom: WAN MPLS, LAN/WLAN/IPT;
- Windows client, Smartphones and Tablets;
- O365 full suite with experience in Enterprise Social Media.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills is essential;
- Strong focus on objectives and user satisfaction is key;
- Ability to show leadership and autonomy, with good reporting skills;
- Previous experience supporting internal client and operations is ideal;
- Previous experience in a laboratory environment is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel in Spain and Portugal between 10 to 20% of working time;
- Strong **English and Spanish** communication skills required (written/oral). Any knowledge of French is a plus.
