The primary mission of this position is to manage the Region's profit and loss account, clients and human resources by implementing the necessary actions to ensure compliance with the service quality indicators (with the ultimate goal of reducing terminations) and the financial objectives established in the annual operating plan.

Some of their responsibilities:

- Ensuring that the customer is at the centre of the processes, guaranteeing quality and customer satisfaction and the company's activity.
- Make certain compliance and monitor all P&L lines that affect the Region, proposing the necessary actions to ensure that results are in line with the objectives defined in the Annual Operation Plan.
- Guarantee the sales and margin objectives established by the company.
- Ensure compliance with results-oriented operations KPIs.
- Lead the work teams dependent on this role: sales, operations and quality, leading by example and with behaviours that represent the company's values:

- Ensure and preserve the quality levels and activities of all departments (sales, services, administration) aligned with the QA activities of the Region.
