We are currently recruiting a **Rail Systems Engineering Manager** for Europe GDC, with proven and solid experience in the international market. This unique and exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a developing practice with great growth opportunities, working in collaboration with multiple AECOM offices and Global Design Centers, as part of the Enterprise Capabilities strategy for Rail. The Rail System team will provide assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Rail and Transit Projects, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. This is a key role within the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain) and will report to the senior management within the group.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Leads a Rail Systems group across different locations.
- Leader in one or more sub-disciplines (electrification; traction Power; signaling; communications; track; etc.) with a strong understanding of the systems integration.
