Our Projects team is growing

The project manager figure directs the project activities, including risk & opportunities, to reach completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial, financial and customer satisfaction aspects.

The responsibility is exercised from signature of the contract through to the project completion period in terms of organization, time frame, workload, budget.

Her/his main responsibilities...
- Directs and coordinates project activities with the work package managers keeping track of such tasks in terms of objectives deliveries, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving the financial and operational objectives defined in their projects or project, on monthly closings.
- Manages and develops the relationship with the customer (information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, claims, etc.) and the stakeholders.
- Be responsible for revenue, inward cash flow, and for meeting adjusted gross margin for the project, compliance with cost, deadline and performance objectives, deliverables according to contractual requirements negotiated with the customer and profitability targets.

What profile are we looking for?
- Master Engineering degree (Industrial, Electric, Civil, Telecoms ). (MECES 3).
- Customer orientation, negotiation skills and demonstrated combination of technical and leadership skills.
- Experience of 5 years in project management in the railway field.
- Availability to travel
- Desirable: Project Management Certification (PMP or IPMA)
- Full proficiency in Spanish is a must, also ability to work in English language.
