**As a HR Legal & Payroll Trainee Iberia for Point of Sale you will be giving support to**
- People Administration
- Payroll (consolidation of payroll information, accounting, contact with the external payroll provider, etc...)
- Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary procedures, optimization of contracts, legal advice to managers and People BP...)
- Administration (legal declaration, DUE, contracts, etc...)
- Contact with employees (explanation of payslips, corrections in the system if needed etc...)
- Reporting
- Maintain the communication between the different stakeholders
- Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation
- You are about to conclude your studies in Business Administration, Law, Labour relations or similar
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your University or Business School
- You speak fluent English and good level of Spanish
- Any other language is a big big plus
