We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Madrid, Spain to join our high-performing Sales Operations team which plays a pivotal role in ensuring worldwide sales organization efficiency. You will be a great fit for the role if you are a detailed, structured, and motivated Administrator with experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud.

**What You´ll Do**:

- Analyze data and trends to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
- Develop and promote new initiatives and processes to ensure successful user adoption and constant optimisation of our Salesforce organization
- Assist with sales onboarding and training
- Provide high quality support to internal customers

**What You´ll Need**:

- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, specially with:

- Flows and process builder
- Roles, profiles and permissions settings
- Custom objects and reports
- Nice to have, but not required: Apex
- Very high command of English language, around a C1
- Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
- Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Good verbal and written communication skills
