**Descripción**:
Important multinational manufacturer of processing machinery for the food sector based in Granollers, needs to integrate:
**HR BUSINESS PARTNER**

The position will be responsible for HR management in the South region (Spain, France, Mexico and Brazil), being part of the Group Operations Management Team and working closely with the Regional Vice President and HR managers in other regions.

**TASKS**:

- Implement Group personnel policies and procedures and complement with regional/local adjustments
- Drive the leadership wheel, including the performance review process, salary review process and organizational reviews (& support of the engagement survey process.
- Training & competency development of manager.
- Actively promote a culture that supports the strategy.
- Be a role model for our values
- Responsible for internal Information & communication
- Secure competitive and fair working conditions
- Proactive Senior HR business partnering for group leaders and managers
- Support in developing departmental and individual objectives
- Administers the compensation program, including processing payroll
- Performs benefits administration
- Conducts all talent acquisition efforts
- Maintains all master data in HR systems
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulationsHR Reporting, budgets etc.
- Selection of HR suppliers, such as recruitment agencies, pension & health insurance provider, test tools etc.

**WE REQUEST**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of HR experience or Master’s Degree in HR and two years of experience in the HR field preferred.
- We will value experience in the industrial sector.
- English fluently, verbal and in writing.
- Residence in the area (Granollers and surroundings).
