Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a smart and proactive individual to work inside controlling department in our multi-country organization. The role will focus on capex management and wastages. This role will be reporting directly to the Supply Finance Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Financial analyst, you are responsible for financial reporting and cost control for capex & losses for two different businesses: Plant & External Operations.

**Your main focus**:

- Track, challenge and copilot the business to reduce absolute losses in production for Granollers Plant and External Operations
- Site Capital expenditure tracking & Give economical and financial support in factory projects & EXO investments.
- Analysing Capex & Wastages MTD results vs annual plan to be able to actively drive business decisions.
- Delivering monthly financial updates following policies and objectives established. Ensuring robustness on financial statements with HFM integrity.
- Support in performing financial controls to comply with Coty stewardship standards.

The team consists of 4 Financial Analyst and 2 Finance Managers, and you will work closely together with several departments such as operations, procurement, HR, etc. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.

As a/an experienced Financial Analyst, you are results
- oriented and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

**Other than that, you**:
Graduates of higher education studies (economics, ADE, management preferable)
5 to 10 years experience in Controlling, preferable in industrial controlling.
Proactive, curious and committed to deliver results
Strong in communication skills and teamwork
Fluent in English
Advanced in Excel, SAP (must have). Hana & SAC knowledge will be valuated.
You will need to show strong ownership, autonomy and discipline as well as excellent analytical and collaboration skills to succeed in this position.
