We are seeking a proactive and analytical **Junior Paid Media Executive** to support our Paid Media Performance Manager. You will work closely with the Paid Media Manager, focusing primarily on programmatic advertising while exploring various traffic sources across multiple ad networks. This role involves increasing conversion rates through A/B testing and daily management of campaign results, offering hands-on experience in optimizing paid media efforts within the online casino industry.

*** Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support the implementation of retargeting and programmatic strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Increase conversion rates through A/B testing and daily campaign management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize creative assets.
- Explore and test different traffic sources across various ad networks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, analytics, tracking, and other digital marketing principles.
- Passion for analytics and a results-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
