**Your role**:
We are seeking a Customer & Market Research Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success through insightful analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.

**What you will do**:

- Develop customized reporting and dashboards to provide regular updates to senior management and different stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (IT, Sales, Corporate, Digital ) to get the maximum market & consumer understanding outcome from the company’s available tools and sources.
- Support the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager leading and overseeing in conducting ad hoc research: Design and implement the research needed and develop the studies from beginning to end.
- Work closely with the Consumer Insights Manager and Marketing team, helping them with the analyses of their brands and market partitions.
- Monitor & challenge data accuracy from panel information to improve market & brand coverage
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research according to the Marketing plans. Convey findings, through both written reports and presentations, in concise and compelling ways.
- Relationship and management vendors and research partners

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Math, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of market research experience, in agency or client-side
- Knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, etc)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High level of English and Spanish, another language will be a plus
- Proficiency with analytical software (experience in Retail & Consumer Panel analysis is a plus)
