**Your mission**:
As a **_Junior Analyst _**specializing in Fintech Market Research, you will play a crucial role in keeping the company informed of cutting-edge payment technologies, trends, and market dynamics across LATAM. This position is essential for maintaining our competitive edge in the ever-evolving payments ecosystem.

**Your mission**:_ Market Analysis_
- Conduct research on Fintech/Paytech trends, consumer behavior, and technological innovations in the region.
- Understand factors affecting the payments industry and deliver actionable insights.
- Assess competitor activities, market share metrics, and performance benchmarks to support strategic decision-making.
- Data Collection & Reporting_
- Gather information, stakeholder interviews, industry reports, and databases.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting critical market insights, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain market research documentation to support business decisions.
- Organize and structure research findings for use across teams.
- Operational Tasks_
- Perform constant market research on URL´s payment solutions.
Validate payment gateways and merchant payment URLs.
- Ensure consistency and compliance across LATAM payment processes.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese language will be plus).
- Responsibility and commitment.
- Ambition to grow within the company and fintech industry.
- Familiarity with Figma and Jira.
