We’re looking for our next **Store Director** to join our **Global**Flagship Store in C/Velázquez 39, Madrid.**
You will set the pace, culture, and standards of our flagship location. From daily operations to team development, your leadership will shape an environment where creativity, consistency, and excellence come together seamlessly.
**Your mission**
- Lead the overall strategy and performance of the Flagship Store.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the team to foster collaboration and growth.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience and uphold service standards.
- Review KPIs, identify trends, and create action plans to drive results.
- Oversee visual merchandising, daily operations, stock management, and internal processes.
- Represent the brand’s identity and values in a high-impact environment.
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

- +2 years of experience in similar roles in **premium brands, ideally in high-volume & related environments.**
- **Strong, people-focused leadership and excellent communication skills.**
- High level of spoken **Spanish & English** (other languages will be highly valued).
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving retail settings.
- Valid work permit for Spain is required.
