If you share our passion for creativity, design, and innovation, this is the place for you. **Ready to walk with us?** **Your mission**: You will lead and operate the **coffee & food corner** in our **soon-to-open Flagship Store on Velázquez Street (Madrid)** — a space where coffee becomes art and the customer journey is a full-sensory experience. You’ll also play a key role, connecting with our community and supporting in-store events. **We’ll give you a deeper look into the role**: **Coffee Corner Management**: - Prepare high-quality speciality coffee drinks (espresso, latte art, seasonal beverages). - Maintain and operate coffee machines and equipment. - Monitor and replenish food & beverage inventory. - Ensure hygiene standards and health & safety compliance. - Manage orders and liaise with food & drink suppliers - Lead, train and schedule the barista team, ensuring top performance and a consistent customer experience. **Customer experience**: - Create a welcoming, stylish, and vibrant atmosphere that embodies the HOFF spirit. - Work closely with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience — from coffee to checkout. **Events & community**: - Support in the organisation and hosting of in-store events (launches, afterworks, tastings, activations). - Act as a brand ambassador, building a community from the coffee corner and engaging with like-minded people. - Suggest creative ideas to enhance the in-store experience through food & beverage initiatives. **Interested?** **Here's the kind of profile we're looking for**️‍️ - Proven experience as a barista, passionate about speciality coffee. - Background or knowledge in premium hospitality or lifestyle retail. - Open, proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude. - Strong team player with the ability to independently manage your area. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of aesthetics. - Experience in retail events or activations is a plus. **Why would you want to be part of HOFF?** - The HOFF Team is the face of the brand, so they receive free products each season and generous discounts. - Got birthday plans?
