Enrique Tomás, la empresa que le pone nombre al jamón en el mundo busca para sus tiendas en Barcelona un/a persona para gestionar la operativa de ellas.
En dependencia de la dirección de operaciones, se encargará de supervisar, gestionar y solventar las necesidades operativas que puedan surgir en las tiendas. Además, velará por la consecución de objetivos establecidos así como del seguimiento de la evolución de cada integrante de los equipos.
¿Qué hace un/a Supervisor de tiendas en Enrique Tomás?
- Dar cumplimiento al bussines plan establecido.
- Coordinación con los encargados/as de cada unidad para el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas.
- Supervisar horarios, calendarios de vacaciones y festivos.
- Llevar a cabo la formación de los encargados de tienda.
- Creación de procesos con el fin de ganar eficiencia y rentabilidad.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de plantes de carrera en coordinación con el departamento de Talent & People.
- Elaboración y redacción de informes de los diferentes puntos de venta.

- Tienes experiência gestionando tiendas y/o locales de restauración.
- Eres un/a apasionado de la gastronomía y los productos gourmet.
- Eres un/a persona dinámica, proactiva y reactiva.
- Tienes habilidades para la gestión de equipos y trato con personas.
- Cuentas con experiência en la elaboración de informes y detección de KPI's relevantes.
- Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo (con 2 días de fiesta semanales rotativos).
- Eres una persona que tiene ideas, con capacidad resolutiva y capaz de gestionar diferentes asuntos al mismo tiempo.
