**Job Purpose**:
**Managing all aspects of the day to day Inter-Company Receivable Accounts**, ensuring debts are collected and transactions are recorded in a timely and compliant manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Processing manual debits & credits to countries in line with SLA's**, ensuring correct VAT treatment
- ** Collecting debt** within terms, and chasing non-payment
- ** Preparing, posting & Reporting Month end Inter-Company** Accounts Payable Accruals & Accounts Receivable
- ** Liaising with other areas of the business** to resolve invoice/credit note queries with timely escalation where required
- ** Allocation of cash receipts** from other TD SYNNEX entities
- ** Create and post accurate financial documents** to record transactions
- ** Manage and maintain positive and productive stakeholder relationships** across all relevant TD SYNNEX Worldwide entities to ensure a high level of service
- Own and manage through to completion any hoc projects as defined by the business.
- ** Prepare the MEC BL tasks**.
- ** Perform different type of tasks for Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- ** Strong Analytical and Numerical skills** and the ability to think logically
- Ability to be **proactive and resolve issues** under own initiative
- Able to priorities and work effectively in time pressured situations ensuring deadlines are met
- ** Able to communicate clearly** and confidently
- ** Strong IT skills** particularly **Excel**. Knowledge of **SAP** preferred but not essential
