Vendors Receivable Analyst – TD SYNNEX SpainResponsible for the claiming, collection, and clearing of Vendor Receivables, with the required analysis and reconciliations necessary to maintain accuracy in a timely manner for general ledgers and sub‑ledgers accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage monthly vendor claims within specific deadlines and requirements (price changes, promotions, stock returns, customer payments, rebates, etc.)Analyze and perform monthly reconciliation with vendors and resolve disputed claimsHandle receivables aging by working with vendors and internal stakeholdersPerform daily activities such as margin reviews and corrective invoicesRaise vendor invoices for marketing activities and set up campaigns in SAPCoordinate approval for P&L impacts with managementSupport monthly GL reconciliations and documentation in BlackLineReview and follow up on unallocated credits for assigned accountsExecute specific Month‑End Closing tasks and SOX controlsQualifications1‑3 years of relevant experience in finance or accountingFluent in EnglishStrong analytical and numerical skillsClear communicator, able to explain financial matters to non‑finance colleaguesExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate level or higher)Knowledge of SAP is a plusProactive attitude and team player in a multicultural environmentWhy Join TD SYNNEX?Great Place to Work™ Certified – We’re proud to be recognized for our culture and employee experience.Global leader in IT distribution – Work with top technology brands and be part of a company that drives innovation worldwide.Career growth opportunities – We invest in your development with training and internal mobility programs.Inclusive and collaborative culture – Join a diverse team that values teamwork and respect.Community impact – We support sustainability and volunteer initiatives across the globe.Key Skills & ValuesAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
