**Department Description**
Atradius IT Services (ITS) is part of the Atradius Group, and is responsible for all worldwide ICT services for Atradius. ITS is a global operation with staff in 12 countries driving the digital transformation and a wide range of services, projects, vendors and outsourcing. Data is a key resource we need to leverage to follow our strategy successfully. Deploying the latest Big data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to existing (and new) processes can increase efficiency and enrich for example the underwriting processes and can provide new market and trade insights for customers. **Responsibilities**:
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Design, implement and optimization of data models to support business objectives, acting as a business translator to understand and translate business requirements into the model in each iteration.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Architects in the construction and optimization of Databricks medallion architecture layers (Gold).
Optimize existing data models and algorithms to improve performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and drive data-related projects.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover valuable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
Design and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics techniques and tools.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
Strong proficiency in data modeling and optimization techniques.
Extensive experience with Databricks, Power BI, and Spark.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience in Data Vault 2.0 is a plus.
Excellent visualization skills in PowerBI
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Must be able to work under pressure when necessary.
Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment.
Experience working in a similar environment/sector (Financial Services) would be helpful.
