Deliver IT services and solutions for the international Business Units of Nationale Nederlanden Group.What You Are Going To DoThe Data Modeler of the IT Data domain is responsible for development and maintenance of logical and physical data models that define the structure, relationships, and constraints of the data within the IT data domain and the CIODAP platform. This role ensures that data is structured efficiently, securely, and in a way that supports business intelligence, reporting, and decision‑making processes. You will be working closely with data architects and data analysts to implement data solutions to streamline and support enterprise information management.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysing and translating business needs into long‑term solution data models and communicating these models and their usage.Translation of the conceptual data models into logical and physical models that are documented and maintained.Working with the data management team and its stakeholders to understand conceptual data models and data flows.Evaluating existing systems’ data models to validate consistency and efficiency and providing feedback for improvement.Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross‑compatibility and implementation of data strategies.Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system and support analysis of the data.Define and govern data modelling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models.The Team You’ll JoinAs a Data Modeler within the CIO Office, you will collaborate extensively with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside of Group IT.
