**Employer Branding Manager (f/m/d)**:
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- You will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the International Rhenus (Road Freight) employer branding strategy.
- Your responsibility will include undertaking and implementing employer brand and recruitment advertising projects.
- In addition, you will plan, establish and oversee the Rhenus Road Freight social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Your role will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge and benchmarks to support the business.
- Last but not least, you will support international talent acquisition processes, which include sourcing and selection of assessment tools.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field.
- You have experience in HR, marketing or social media content and campaign management.
- Additionally, you have experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools and extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques.
- You have strong project management skills, a creative personality and comfortable sharing ideas.
- Furthermore, you have excellent verbal skills and are fluent in English and additional language is a plus.
