**About the role**
You will **manage employer branding projects** and **programs **that help us tell the story of what it is like to work at Dynatrace. From new web projects and media productions to marketing campaigns across multiple countries—this role requires a strong sense of ownership, organizational talent, and drive. You should be a creative communicator with a holistic understanding of the marketing toolbox.
**About the team**
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Creating, planning, and executing employer branding projects as well as omnichannel campaigns for different R&D locations or globally to enhance the Dynatrace R&D employer brand.
- Coordinating agencies, internal stakeholders, and employer branding experts for the best project outcome in various fields including web/online, design, and communications.
- Close cooperation and interface function with design, experts and local specialists team.
- Responsible for the project reporting, success monitoring and cost controlling.
- Production handling with external partners (advertising agencies, print companies, photographers, video agencies, and media).
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience as a marketing specialist or project manager.
- Hands-on professional experience in online and offline marketing.
- Experience in international and multi-location project management with management of multiple smaller concurrent as well as large-scale projects.
- Experience in developing strategies and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates.
- Experience in using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and adjust accordingly.
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
