Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Technical Support (Helpdesk) con experiência en nível 1 y posiblemente toque el nível 2 para uno de nuestros clientes dentro del sector retail.

**Requirements**:

- Funciones:

- Identificarás y reportarás nuevos errores a los equipos de Ingeniería.
- Analista técnico:

- .Solución de problemas y resolución de incidencias de nível 1-2.
- .Consolidarás la base de conocimientos para mejorar la resolución de problemas en el primer nível y los flujos de trabajo.
- .Diagnosticarás y harás el triaje de problemas complejos para los equipos de ingeniería correspondientes.
- Gestión de incidentes:

- .Trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería para garantizar que los incidentes se resuelvan dentro de los SLA definidos.
- .Escalarás incidentes cuando los SLA puedan ser incumplidos.
- .Asegurarás que las partes interesadas relevantes se actualicen regularmente.

**Requisitos**:

- Nível alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
- Comprensión de las APIs HTTP (especialmente REST-style).
- Conocimientos básicos de JSON y XML son una ventaja.
- Habilidades básicas de consulta SQL.
- Habilidades de solución de problemas.
- Experiência con la monitorización de aplicaciones de servicio como Datadog.
- Preferiblemente familiarizado con Jira/Atlassian suite.
- Experiência en QA o pruebas es una ventaja.
- Habilidades comprobadas de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés (español: sería una ventaja).
- Capacidad para construir relaciones con las partes interesadas.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar el trabajo.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas (orientado/a a los detalles, cumple regularmente con los plazos).
- Autodirigido/a y entusiasta.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a un entorno de cambio rápido.
- Solucionador/a de problemas creativo/a.
- Aprecia situaciones desafiantes.
