As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all our online customers—both national and international. You will not only grow existing platforms and partnerships but also identify and seize new opportunities. You’ll work closely with our enthusiastic colleagues in the marketing and sales teams to further strengthen the presence of our brands.
**Where will you be working?**
VAHB B.V. is the company behind three leading brands in the camping industry: Bo-Camp, Crespo, and Gimex—each with their own identity, and together a powerful combination.
- Crespo has been the undisputed market leader in Europe for years when it comes to comfortable and innovative camping furniture.
- Bo-Camp offers a wide range of camping and leisure equipment.
- Gimex, originally a German brand, is known for its stylish melamine tableware with a unique anti-slip feature, complemented by modern cutlery, glasses, and cookware.
These three brands have a strong international presence. We supply distributors, agents, (inter)national retailers, and consumers across Europe via multiple e-commerce channels. Our headquarters and distribution center are located in Gilze, the Netherlands, from where all our products are shipped throughout Europe and beyond. The company currently employs around 40 people.
**What will you be doing?**
- You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing (inter)national e-commerce channels and developing an E-Commerce Roadmap.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve product listings and content.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience in terms of service, delivery, and returns.
- Take ownership of meeting e-commerce revenue targets.
- Set up the e-commerce and online marketing budget in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Create and maintain up-to-date product content for product catalogs, packaging, marketplaces, and our own online channels.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HBO level);
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with or affinity for Magento 2;
- Strong commercial insight and analytical skills;
- Creativity and writing skills for engaging content;
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Ability to work quickly and accurately;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
**What does your team look like?**
You’ll be part of a marketing team consisting of 5 colleagues and will work closely with the customer service, sales, and purchasing teams.
