How can you contribute?_**

**As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Environment Testing Spain division, you will join a growing international team to support our site in Castellón. Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and software incident management positions, user support, dealing with suppliers, etc.**

We are looking for a **proactive**, **organized**, empathetic person with **strong communication skills **and **hands-on involvement**. In your role, you are **user-oriented** and **committed **in your approach

As a **Digital Transformation Technician** within our IT Infrastructure Support Team, you will:

- Discuss with hardware and software suppliers;
- Control department invoicing;
- Manage O365, PowerBI, PowerAP, Teams and SharePoint;
- Control and take inventory of equipment, users and licenses;
- Control and manage landlines and mobile telephony;
- Manage new user and hardware requests;
- Resolve hardware or software microcomputer incidents;
- Resolve incidents concerning LAN and WiFi networks;
- Install and configure network printers.

- Good knowledge in the below is **highly desirable**:

- O365 ecosystem;
- Networking;
- MS Windows operating systems;
- Relational databases.
- Strong **English & Spanish** communication skills (written/oral) required.
