**Time Senior Solution Consultant**
**You will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely.**
**Specific tasks are**
- Time Management maintenance activities for several clients located in Europe.
- Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related with clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error message, etc..
- Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
- Creation of technical specifications and functional documentations.
**What we ask for**:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
- Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource.
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Be committed to the customer and the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English or French or Italian or Spanish or German.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
