SAP Time Consultant, Associate

Consultant SAP HCM Time

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe chargée de soutenir et de maintenir le système de gestion du temps et les activités de service à la clientèle (orientation, conseil) en veillant à ce que le service soit précis et opportun.

Nous recherchons un nouveau collaborateur situé de préférence en Espagne mais pouvant également être situé dans d'autres pays européens (Pologne, Portugal, Italie).

**Les tâches spécifiques sont**:

- Activités de maintenance Lead Time Management pour plusieurs clients situés en Europe.
- Mettre à jour le système de gestion du temps SAP HCM : créer des règles d'horaire de travail, mettre à jour les règles liées aux pointages d'entrée et de sortie, création des absences, des présences, des quotas, gérer la modulation, les heures supplémentaires, les indemnités, les messages d'erreur, etc.
- Résolution des problèmes signalés par le client et configuration des évolutions (demandes de changement).
- Préparation et réalisation d'ateliers avec le client pour définir la meilleure solution à mettre en place.
- Analyse du système pour améliorer le temps d'exécution et réduire les anomalies de chaque période.
- Création de spécifications techniques et de documentations fonctionnelles.

**Lumière sur vous**:

- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise avec une spécialisation commerciale ou technique, ou équivalent.
- Expérience dans les outils de gestion du temps (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
- Curiosité intellectuelle et motivation pour apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
- Intérêt marqué pour fournir un soutien de haute qualité dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution et au rythme rapide et à atteindre constamment les normes de qualité.
- Axé sur le service avec une forte orientation client et un sens des responsabilités.
- Être engagé envers le client et l'équipe.
- Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais ou français ou italien ou espagnol ou allemand.
- Discrétion et capacité à respecter la confidentialité des informations.
