We supply products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver top-notch supply chain and customer services locally. **Your Mission**: **Position located in Madrid** **Close collaboration with ERP team in Geneva, Prague, Manchester and finance and operational teams worldwide** **Moderate travelling required** Working closely with Finance Department, you will - **Improve and optimize business processes within Oracle EB** - Analyse needs reported by Finance team members. - Search what new or yet unused solutions exist in Oracle Financial modules and investigate if these Oracle standard features could be useful to Sécheron Hasler Group legal entities working in Oracle EBS. - Propose new business processes to improve and ease the work of the Finance department - **Ensure the functional consistency of the EBS environment** **- Ensure that accounting information is being correctly generated by Oracle and is correctly transferred to GL - Work closely with other ERP team members to ensure that all financial processes are always correct in all modules - **Support daily activities/requests linked to Oracle EBS** - Support users in their daily work and solve users issues (Helpdesk), mainly but not limited to financial modules - **Support implementation of new entities in Oracle EB** **- Working with implementation team, you will help in the implementation process by analysing and defining what financial processes are needed or required for the new legal entity (country specific legal requirements). **Your Profile**: **Required Education, Experience & Skills**: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent education/experience **Training in Oracle** **Mandatory**: Sound knowledge in the following Oracle EBS version 12.2 modules: - AP, AR,GL - OM, PO - Very good knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL scripting **Optional**: - Knowledge of CST, EBTAX, INV, ASCP modules **Language skills**: - English: mandatory - French an advantage - Knowledge of a 3rd language (German, Spanish,) is an advantage **Desirable**: - Knowledge of Accounting Principles **Personality**: In order to be successful, you are ideally well organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interact with all levels of management, functional, and technical teams.
