Business Systems Administrator Order to Cash

LOEWE has a strong ambition to reinforce its Business Systems & Processes Team with highly qualified IT professionals who can further develop and support our Business needs specially in the Order to Cash and finished product inventory management area, to support our Business in increasing sales, which has been set as one of the Strategic Priorities in the years to come.
The Business Systems Administrator in Order to Cash processes (O2C BSA) will support business and operations worldwide which require state of the art software solutions and processes’ design. The Business Applications O2C will be assisting in coordinating and executing all ICT activities related to supporting the LOEWE´s business from the functional and technical point of view.
The BSA will be initially responsible for specifying and configuring the features requested by the business and liaise with our SW implementation partners when required, growing to be able to own and support the full systems’ lifecycle; from requirements gathering through implementation and development of new functional solutions. The BSA O2C will work closely with the Business Applications Team Lead, other IT BSA´s as well as our Business partners (such as customers and 3rd party providers) and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work, products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure Business and our partners’ satisfaction.
As O2C BSA, you will have the following Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participating in Master Data, Sales, Logistics Distribution and Inventory Management, CRM, Customer Billing, Customer integration, and ERP SW implementation projects as Functional consultant, reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead or other senior BSA’s;
- Gather and assess on requirements: Judge them on feasibility and impact within the (standard) software possibilities, translate these into specifications for functional and technical development;
- Advice on solutions and implement the changes (SW customizations within standard), in order to improve existing business processes and implement new processes;
- Answer user questions and resolve incidents;
- Provide training to employees;
- Keep standards in system changes through review, advice and acceptance of the specifications of the proposed system changes;
- Perform functional testing and user acceptance tests;
- Release management;
- Establish and maintain release (user) documentation.
**Profile**:
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Order to Cash processes and ERP Business System Administrator as IT functional expert or consultant (SAP, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics...).
- University degree or comparable professional education certification and qualifications.
- ERP Sales and Logistics modules experience and certifications are highly valued.
- Project Management experience and certifications are highly valued.
- Experience in SW life cycle management in Sales and/or Logistics SW solutions for the fashion/luxury, retail industries highly appreciated.
- Experience in end user relationships and support, liaising with Process Owners and Key Users.
- Team player and independent worker with self-initiative.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
