Junior Data Analyst Away From Home

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a junior data analyst to support the Away From Home strategy.
In the Away From Home channel you will be working with some of our beloved Ice Cream and Foods Solutions brand like Frigo, Carte D’Or, Magnum, Hellman’s and The Vegetarian Butcher. You will be responsible for a smooth and cost-effective operation among Unilever, our AFH distributors, more than 100.000 Point of Sale, and specific third parties. The key challenge of the role is to develop consistency and coherence in the day-today operation of the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Marketing teams.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform data analysis searching for improvements both in process (ETLs, integrations) and business (performance, targets and much more)
- Building data reports, from the requirements to the training, supporting the key users to maximize the use of data.
- Be part of strategic data projects.
- Maintaining relationship with internal stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Sales Area Managers), to understand business and the perfect fit of data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- You have a University Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Being passionate about data, both data modelling and data reporting,
- Searching for continuous improvement (professionally and personally).
- Foster the innovation by all the dimensions of our area.
- Have an Analytical mindset.
- Having Technical skills such as SQL, Python or R is great (basic knowledge is enough, we are going to build it together)
- Loving communication and sharing moments with the team.
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish
