**Job overview**:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Reporting to Global Commercial and Strategy Head, will support Mondragon site leadership team and will provide backoffice support to customer project processes.
- Liaison with Sales and New product development to produce customer documents and monitor progress on project activities
- General business support activities
- Perform other related duties and support projects as assigned
- Maintain electronic records and SharePoint sites
- Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
- Travel, expense and agenda management for leadership team members

**Background**:
Education at Associate degree level (Ciclo Formativo Superior) or other business related diploma

5+ years of experience in administrative support including international business organizations

Native or proficient level in English is a must; good knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Demonstrated background in sales and legal related processes and documents.

Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills.

Able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy

Advanced knowledge of computers, internet and software (MS Office, CRMs). Preferred experience with Salesforce.
