**Your mission**:
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local stautory rules and PGCS model.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles, Swissco model and PGCS model. Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team.
- Frecuent contact with Sector Reporting team to provide monthly information, align new requirements and validate changes in reporting.
- Perfom analysis of different P&L against YAGO or Forecast and explaining the main drivers for the differences
- P&L and Balance Sheet (BS) lines and reconciliation of US GAPP vs SP GAAP.
- Balance Sheet Review: drive reviews, reconciliation process, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities on BS.
- Operating Cash Flow analysis, cause of change, elaborating AOP and P9F and follow up of monthly outlook.
- Support Auditors and Audit reviews: provide full transactions clarification and documentation as required. Elaboration of local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.
- Manage Key Controls related to Financial Reporting processes and ensure completeness of the controls.

Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and accuracy
- Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, SAP and HFM
- Good knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting
- 3 years experience in accounting or external audit
