Tus funciones, entre otras, van a ser las siguientes:
- Crear un vínculo emocional con el huésped que nos permita conocer el motivo de viaje y sus gustos.
- Atención telefónica con huespedes in-house ,
- Recoger todas las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes.
- Atención de llamadas tanto de clientes externos como clientes in-house.
- Gestionar las reservas y correos.
- Coordinacion constante con el departamento de recepcion y guest experience.
