**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Design System Expert **to join our **UX Design** Team of **Customer Obsession and Innovation CoE**

Design System Expert responsibilities include working in collaboration with a User Experience (UX) designer and with the IT units to design and iterate UI components to build a cohesive experience that is intuitive but also has the right look and feel required in the product design while helping other teams on how to use them.

As a Design System expert, you should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into delightful, intuitive, and easy to use components, build clear guidelines, and processes to ensure scalability and consistency.

You will work on specific and transversal projects closely to other local and international team members.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Ownership of the local design system, creating new components, iterating the existing and maintaining the local libraries in FIGMA.

Knowledge and alignment with the global design system.

Become an evangelist, advocate and educator on behalf of Design System, training the organization on the use and knowledge of it.

Clearly document design rationale and usage guidance for UI components and patterns that understand business requirements and goals and fulfil customers’ needs.

Design transversal UI components, creating, and iterating on assets that reflect a brand, enforce a language, and inject beauty and life into product by creating cohesive digital guidelines and ensuring that a consistent design language is applied across the product.

Design of digital platforms focusing on producing high quality visual designs from concept to execution.

Iteratively transforms the prototype into the final implementation in close collaboration with the front-end developers’ teams.

Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills.

Great collaboration and communication skills working with other teams and gathering feedback from UX designers, Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, developers

Obsessed with good user-centered design and have an impeccable eye for detail and design (e.g. typography, color, iconography, illustration, motion, etc.).

Expertise in designing experiences and user interfaces for responsive web and mobile apps

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer and business units’ feedback, user research and technical viability.

Ensure customers’ voice is present throughout the whole design process.

Experience in creating or management of complex Design Systems

**Proven track record and technical skills**:
5+ years professional experience in designing visual language systems for digital products and services

Proven experience in creating complex Design Systems.

Solid knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge in motion principles and animations.

Knowledge in accessibility standars

Understanding HTML and CSS would be beneficial

Solid knowledge of remote collaborative tools such as Mural, MIRO or Figjam.

Experience at working with developing teams.

A strong working knowledge of user-centred experience design.

Have the ability to assists with end-to-end UX design

Ability to communicate with different departments of a multinational and dynamic company.

Passion for design in general, and great curiosity for the constant evolution of interaction design and its practice.

Fluency in Spanish and English
