- Human Resources Internship/Trainee
Location: Barcelona

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (French and English) Human Resources Trainee to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Support:

- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Participate in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
- HR Administration:

- Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, such as contracts and job descriptions.
- Support in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and preparing payroll documentation.
- Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employees, assisting them with HR-related inquiries in both French and English.
- Help organize internal events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:

- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Support in updating and communicating HR policies and changes to the workforce.
- Learning & Development:

- Assist with planning and scheduling training programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and gather feedback to improve development initiatives.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages:

- Fluency in both French and English or Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualities:

- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
