**Qu'as-tu à offrir ?**

Une passion générale pour les Ressources Humaines et une forte motivation pour la satisfaction client. Mais aussi:

- Vous bénéficiez d’une formation supérieure (Licence ou Master) ainsi que d’une expérience confirmée au Luxembourg dans les ressources humaines (HRBP, Payroll Consultant, etc.) et/ou dans une société de services RH aux entreprises,
- Vous avez le sens du contact client ainsi que l’esprit de service, avec une orientation résultats,
- Vous êtes doté d’un talent pour la communication et appréciez le travail en équipe.

**À quelle tâche peux-tu t'attendre ?**

**Votre mission**:

- Prendre part à la gestion opérationnelle RH de nos clients en apportant une expertise pragmatique et fonctionnelle dans l’administration des salariés (gestion des contrats de travail et avantages divers liés, coordination des prestataires externes, support aux employés, support dans la gestion des salaires, tenue KPI et reporting, INFPC),
- Assister nos clients dans la revue ou création de processus RH,
- Participer à la mise en place ou optimisation de politiques salariales, d’évaluation et de formation,
- Accompagner nos clients sur la migration SIRH, etc
- Effectuer des missions sur site selon les besoins des clients et spécificités de la prestation attendue.

Depuis de nombreux endroits, nous travaillons comme un seul homme, allant de mieux en mieux ensemble.
