Are you ready to join us?About the roleAs part of our international growth journey, we are expanding our SAP Global team and looking for a Senior Global Technical Consultant to unify the international support to our development and domestic teams under a common umbrella. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting international and domestic customer in the 4 main areas leading by this Global team: Development and Access Management, Deployment processes management, Global Maintenance tasks and our SD Worx SAP AddOns enablement. What do you have to offer?Which tasks can you expectUser Management & Authorizations management: Manage user accounts and authorizations in SAP, ensuring compliance with security policies.Conduct regular audits of user access and roles to maintain data integrity and security.Provide support for user-related issues and training on authorization processes.SAP Transport/Release Management: Plan and execute Release Management processes and governance.Oversee the transport process within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate movement of changes across landscapes.Collaborate with development and functional teams to manage transport requests and resolve any issues.Monitor and optimize transport routes and processes for efficiency.Liaise with direct and indirect stakeholders.Define, maintain and communicate the detailed plan for each release (SAP, SAP addons, other products) for internal SAP landscape as well as customer specific.Co‑ordinate integration where necessary.Global Framework: Develop and maintain naming conventions and methodologies for SAP processes.Ensure that all SAP activities align with the global framework and best practices.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and promote standardized methodologies.Define and maintain global SAP configuration standards and governance frameworks.• Align SAP configuration strategy with overall business and IT objectives.• Ensure consistency and harmonization of SAP processes across all regions for international SAP environments.• Coordinate with local SAP consultants and country teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.• Ensure configuration changes are documented, tested, and deployed according to global standards.• Oversee and validate SAP configuration activities across all countries for international environments.• Ensure all procedures/processes are designed and delivered, and latest versions are available for future reference.• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on configuration decisions for international customers.• Drive continuous improvement across SAP Environments.• Lead global SAP configuration within AMS, Implementation projects or initiatives.• Manage global change requests and ensure proper impact analysis is conducted.• Manage (from technical perspective) global processes execution (HRSP, Patching, Global CR, etc).• Support rollout and deployment activities in new regions or business units.• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of configuration settings.• Provide guidance and training on global setup to local consultants and business users.What do you have to offerThese words should define you: Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ownership, proactive, initiative, flexibility, social character, self-structured, collaborative and smooth client communication.Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.Fluent communication in English. Other languages (like German) would be considered a plus.Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies.More than 5 years of experience in Roles and User’s management.Experience in SAP Rule Sets.Solid knowledge on authorizations and users related audit.Previous experience in Global tasks and international teams.Self-motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative.Comfortability working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key.Ability to work under pressure according to the business requirements.What do we have to offer Comprehensive training and development programs.
