Are you looking to launch your career in IT within a dynamic, international company? Join us at Cigna Healthcare as an IT Support Intern in our Madrid office and gain hands-on experience supporting our global team.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver IT support services to internal users as part of the IT Support team.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating when necessary.
- Help ensure client satisfaction by following up on specific inquiries and support requests.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and supervisors to determine the appropriate course of action when complex issues arise.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
- Support the creation of initial technical reports and analyses.
- Receive coaching and guidance from experienced team members.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- A strong interest in starting a career in IT Support.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
