**Principal Responsabilities**

Detection Engineer will:

- Prepare requirement specifications for electro-optical test bench according to system level needs for sensor and video chain test campaigns.
- Perform data processing for the different tests identified during test plan.
- Provide technical support during detector and video chain test campaigns.
- Responsible for the validation of the test results after data processing.
- Support to integration and manufacturing teams with handling and operation of the optical sensors (e.g. integration into focal plane and with front end-electronics).

**Training and Education**:

- Engineering Master, valuable opto-electronics domain.

**Experience**:

- More than one year experience with opto-electronics detector test benches design and development.
- More than one year experience with data analyses software such as MATLAB/Simulink and programming experience (Python, C, data processing libraries, etc )
- Knowledge of opto-electronics related activities, e.g. optical sensors operation.
- Knowledge of CCD/CMOS analog/digital optical sensors (space grade / commercial).
- Valued knowledge of design and simulation tools: OrCAD, Pspice, Mentor, etc.
- Valued knowledge of analog/digital acquisition design
- Valued knowledge of space normative (ECSS) and electronics IFs standard.
- Valued knowledge of Standard for Characterization of Image Sensors and Cameras (EMVA Standard 1288)

**Languages**
- English essential, French would be a plus.
