WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
As part of our team, you will
participate
in:

  • Model design and development: devising, training, and validating AI/ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP/LLM, RAG) for risk classification/prioritization, event correlation, and executive summary generation.
  • Data engineering: building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, feature stores, and versioned datasets for training and inference. MLOps: orchestrating experiments, model logging, CI/CD of models and services, performance/drift monitoring, and retraining plans.
  • Applied cybersecurity: incorporating security & privacy by design, stack hardening, access control, and traceability.
  • Knowledge management: structure taxonomies of assets, threats, safeguards, and risks to feed decision algorithms.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for
an AI/ML Engineer
to drive
ESTHER
, our modular platform for dynamic risk analysis and cybersecurity decision support for mission-critical environments.

With knowledge of
applied AI/ML
: solid fundamentals in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization; experience in supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection and time series, and NLP/LLM (Transformers, RAG, embeddings). Advanced
Python
and scientific ecosystem: NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; good engineering practices (testing, typing, linters, patterns).
