**Job description**:
As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a **Tender & Cost Estimation Project Manager**to join our office in **Madrid**.

Your key role is to **lead**and **prepare the tendering and cost estimation process** for **EPC industrial projects** (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). You will ensure the preparation of competitive and technically sound offers in response to **national and international calls for tenders.**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- ** Analyze tender documents** and client specifications for EPC projects (**data centers, high-voltage substations, clean rooms, pharmaceutical facilities**, etc.),
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) to **build comprehensive and competitive offers**,
- Develop **detailed cost estimates**, including technical and commercial components,
- ** Identify risks and opportunities**associated with each project and propose mitigation strategies,
- Make the preparation of bid documentation and **ensure timely submission**,
- Participate in client negotiations and **support contract finalization**,
- ** Maintain up-to-date knowledge** of market prices, suppliers, and subcontractors,
- Contribute to **continuous improvement of estimation tools and processes**.

**Regular travel to Spain and France is to be expected.**
