Specific experience acting as Project Manager of utility-scale solar plants in at least two projects > 25MW; ? Previous experience with HV interconnection infrastructures is desirable but not a must; ? Process driven individual with strong project management, contract management, communication, reporting and organizational skills; ? High sensitivity to health and safety and solid experience in implementing strong HSE standards during project execution stage. ? Fluent in Spanish and English; ? Highly self-motivated : Strong initiative and creative thinking; ? Autonomy and team management : Ability to work individually and as a team; ? Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned country/region as required; **Activités** - During pre-construction stage: o Supporting the EPC in the preparation and coordination of RFPs for EPC/BOS contractors selection, main equipment and external services; o Coordinating with the Project Development Team for the project handover and identification of main project risks and boundary conditions. o Assisting the EPC Director and the rest of the EPC Team in preparing, coordinating, reviewing, drafting and negotiating all aspects of the EPC/BOS and supply contracts (modules, inverters, trackers, mounting structures, HV transformers, etc.); o Leading the evaluation and analysis of construction and operational capacities of construction partners; o Optimization of construction schedules in cooperation with construction partners, identifying areas of concern at early stage and elaborating risk mitigation strategies; o Collecting and register lessons learned from previous projects and share knowledge across the organization; o Coordinating the elaboration and implementation of project management processes and Engineering, H&S, QA/QC and commissioning standards in the projects under execution; ? During execution stage: o Acting as TERIb´s Representative under the EPC/BOS and main equipment supply contracts (as applicable); o Accountable for on time delivery of TERIb projects in accordance with TERIB quality standards, good industry standards and the applicable H&S, permitting, consents and environmental requirements; o Ensuring proper coordination with other TERIb’s EPC Team members (Engineering, QA/QC, Contract Management, Permitting, Construction, Procurement, Document Controller, HSE, etc.), other TERIB´s functions (legal, finance, project development) and external suppliers and subcontractors; o Coordinating and reviewing the draft monthly progress report provided by the EPC/BOS Contractor/vendors, the critical path and any potential recovery plan that may be proposed in coordination with Total Solar’s project execution team; o Leading and coordinating daily and weekly coordination meetings with the EPC/BOS contractor and other project stakeholders as required (i.e. Regulatory bodies, competent authorities, etc.); - cost control, etc); o Leading the contract management during execution stage (EPC/BOS contract, main equipment supply agreements, engineering services agreement, etc.) in collaboration with the Contract Manager; o Responsible for cost controlling, cash flow update and forecasting during project execution stage; **Contexte et environnement** - TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects in Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in JVs. This position shall involve coordination with Iberia central operation functions such as engineering, procurement, legal, finance, business development, project development, etc.
