**You Will**:
- Lead and manage key investor meetings as part of capital raising processes and ongoing strategic relationshipsInput into Capital strategy around which investors to target, within which countries, with which investment strategy/product
- Lead the preparation of standardised marketing materials
- Lead the financial modelling related to each investor / product
- Lead the relationships with investors to prepare and present information requests, due diligence materials, co-ordinating x-functionally etc as part of fundraising process
- Work with the B2B marketing team to develop our marketing and communication strategies to ensure IMMO as a brand is synonymous with resi and SFR across Europe
- Work with the Investment Operations team to build standardised and efficient Capital processes, to streamline the sales cycle as much as possible
- Develop IMMO’s range of investor partners, including both active and passive investors
- Be comfortable with traditional real estate vehicles (eg. seg mandates, close/open ended funds), but also comfortable with exploring new capital market products (eg. securitisations, retail savings products, crowdfunding) as required
**What you will bring**:
- Strong real estate institutional track record in business development and investments, ideally on a pan-European basis
- Experience working with limited partners (pension funds, insurance funds etc.) in a real estate context
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, project management and financial modelling skills
- Structured, commercial and strategic thinker that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Outstanding level of attention to detail, accountability and integrity
