**Role Overview**:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's culture and driving HR strategies. You will oversee recruitment, employer branding, and cultural transformation, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for building a thriving workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Leadership**: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
- **Cultural Transformation**: Lead initiatives to shape and evolve the company culture, fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
- **Talent Management**: Oversee talent development programs to nurture and retain high-performing employees.
- **Strategic HR Planning**: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organisational growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the fintech or tech industry.
- **Strategic Vision**: Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive cultural change.
- **Recruitment Expertise**: Proven track record in developing successful recruitment and employer branding strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English; Russian is a plus.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse, remote team.
