**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Planning & Commercial Controlling Department as **Global Coordinator Business Controller at our headquarters in Madrid.**

**MISSION**:
Supports the Management in analyzing and controlling performance and profitability of commercial business units and performance reports.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**:

- Support in analyzing performance and profitability by business units under a global perspective
- Coordination of controlling commercial activities necessary for the generation of the local budget and forecast
- Generation of management and performance reports to explain business evolution and potential deviations.
- Identification of efficiency opportunities

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration, ideally with the focus on Controlling/Accounting

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 4-year experience in a financial role
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Strong numeric and analytical skills and capable of analyzing processes
- Strong skills in Excel are needed, and good knowledge in Power Point is wishful
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
- Knowledge of SAP, BI/BW, and BPC, and relevant controlling instruments and methods are a plus
- A motivated, proactive, detail oriented and problem-solving person
- Respect tight deadlines
