WHO WE ARE Iris Global is the Assistance company of the Santalucía Group. **JOB MISSION**: Provide the necessary assistance to our policyholders and coordinate emergency situations during their travels, ensuring the agreed-upon service and coverage. VACANCIES **We have 9 vacancies for two shifts**: - Night shift: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00 - Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday from 13:15 to 21:00 Tasks YOUR DAY-TO-DAY - Answering calls and collecting all necessary information from the customer/insured. - Coordinating and managing cases with providers or internal departments for our direct policyholders and for the policyholders of our clients when necessary. - Familiarizing yourself with cases and the Terms and Conditions of each policy. - Organizing necessary logistics with external providers or internal company departments to offer the best solution for each emergency and ensure excellent service quality, meeting the expectations of insured clients. - Controlling documentation, closing the file, allocating expenses, and concluding contracted services to ensure both customer and provider satisfaction, as well as accurate billing. **Requirements**: **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: - Languages: spoken and written Spanish, Advanced level (C1) / bilingual in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Minimum education: High School Diploma, desirable university education. - At least 12 months of experience in travel assistance companies. - Knowledge of insurance company customer service is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office - Education in Tourism is valued **Benefits**: HY WORK WITH US?
