**Job Role: SQL Client Solutions Engineer**

**Location: Hybrid**

We are seeking a
**Database Enginee**r with
**SQL Server** experience to join our fast-growing team. This position is mostly remote, based anywhere in the UK. However, we may require you to attend monthly company events (near London) and possible client visits.

A key aspect of the role will be to assist new and existing customers with our SQL based platform providing a first-class service to customers, providing responsive, agile support.

Main Purpose of Role:
Responsibilities include:

- Supervising daily routines and processes to assure the maintenance of clients.
- Taking the lead in supporting our Client accounts to ensure the system delivers solutions perform efficiently.
- You will be integral in ensuring our clients needs are met through the IMcloud
- You will support items assigned aligned to SLA.
- Participating in implementation tasks when required.
- Building strong relationships with customer and report accurately on all operational and technical aspects of the customer’s maintenance.
- You will use your previous experience to Identify and implement quality improvements.
- Ensuring customer standards, processes and best practises are identified and implemented.

Skills and Experience Required:
**We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...**
- Advanced knowledge of a SQL server and transact SQL
- Customer facing with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and calculate efficiencies.
- The ability to create reports and formulas ideally utilising Power BI.
- Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies and Logi Analytics is highly desirable
